• Ticketing & Entry: Passes/tickets purchased via this site are non-transferable and subject to venue entry rules. Physical or digital passes must be presented alongside valid photo identification upon request.

• Cancellation & Refunds: All ticket sales are final unless otherwise specified by STRANGE PRODUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED in writing.
